Guidelines for in-person sessions (ending as of March 1st, 2021, until further notice)
First and foremost- if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of any kind, we will talk over Zoom. I will commit to do the same, if I am under the weather I will also stay home and will be doing online sessions. If you’d prefer to re-schedule if either of us are under the weather please feel free to do so. We need to keep each other safe.
If you have travelled off of Vancouver Island within 14 days of our session, we will use Zoom for our session.
Coastal offices has committed to rigorous cleaning standards in common areas. When you come in the building, there are wall mounted hand sanitizing stations that you are welcome and encouraged to use. The staff is regularly disinfecting surfaces, refilling the soap dispensers and practicing good hygiene. They will be removing 2 of the 4 chairs in the waiting area to comply with physical distancing.
I will strive to keep our sessions to 55 minutes, which will allow time to sanitize the office door handles and will also allow time for people to come and go with physical distance.
I have re-arranged the office furniture, which means it isn’t as cute, but there is now 6.5 feet between the chair and the couch, which will keep us safely distanced during our session.
For the time being, I will not be putting out water or tea- so please feel free to bring in your own.
I will open the office door for you and allow you to get comfortable when you arrive, and I will open the door and stand out in the hallway when you exit, to give us both space to distance. I will refrain from walking you out for the time being.
I will also refrain for now from hugs and handshakes, so we can air high-five, curtsy or bow : )
I am looking forward to seeing you again. In the meantime, please be safe and well.
