Bryn Meadows, MA, RPC, is a Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling, an International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor, a Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor and a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator-clinician based out of Colwood BC, Canada. Bryn's approach is Humanistic and Person Centered and she believes in fostering a sense of capability with her clients. Bryn holds the belief that when we have an understanding of what is getting in our way we can find the solution and the path towards connection, joy and a new sense of belonging.
Bryn works with individuals and couples and specializes in helping people who are facing issues such as guilt, shame, perfectionism and low self-worth. Bryn has extensive experience in working with men and women who are struggling with substance use and/or eating disorders, as well as family members and partners of people struggling with substance use and/or eating disorders.
